Artemis Wholesale Investments ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Artemis Wholesale platform at artemiswholesale.ltd. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you provide.
Payment information. Billing details (card number, expiry, CVC) are collected and stored directly by Stripe. We never store raw payment card data on our servers. We receive only a tokenized payment method reference and your billing email from Stripe.
Usage data. We log which features you use (property searches, skip traces, comps pulls) on a monthly basis to enforce plan limits and display your usage in the dashboard. We do not log the content of your searches.
Pipeline data. Property records, notes, deal analysis results, and contacts you enter into the platform are stored in our database and associated with your account.
API keys (client-stored). For Solo plan users, optional API keys (Google Maps, Lob, Resend) are stored only in your browser's localStorage. They are never transmitted to our servers.
Log data. Our servers automatically collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and debugging and is retained for up to 90 days.

Each provider is contractually obligated to process your data only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
When you use the skip trace feature, property owner contact information is retrieved from BatchData's data sources. This data is returned to your browser session for your use. We do not retain skip trace results in our database beyond your active session or pipeline entries you explicitly save.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of skip trace data complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and state privacy laws. See our Acceptable Use Policy for requirements.
We retain your account data and pipeline records for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes (e.g., billing records for up to 7 years).
All users. You may access, correct, or delete the personal information in your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
California residents (CCPA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). EEA/UK residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. The updated policy will be effective as of the date posted.
